Normal international Express Post charges are USD $12.00 flat rate ( 07–21 days Delivery) expected time.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at offshore drug mart. We maintain a strict policy of satisfaction on all of our products and services.

Product will be replaced in case you found it ineffective. However, we only ship products manufactured under Tier-1 manufacturing facilities and available in Atleast 4-5 countries.

If you are still not satisfied we provide a 90-day return policy. Simply ship the product back to us and we will refund your money as well as reimburse the cost of shipping up to a maximum of shipping charges.

All returned shipments are destroyed in accordance with US FDA Guidelines . Absolutely no returned products we restock.

Recall Policy

Within 48 hours after we receive a recall notice from a manufacturer, supplier, or governing body, Indo pacific pharma will check if any current inventory or products sold in the last six months are affected. We will immediately quarantine any current inventory affected by the recall notice and return it to the manufacturer or supplier. We will also notify anyone who received products affected by the recall by telephone. At that time, we will provide them with instructions on returning the products as well as information about the recall and the issues involved. If offshoredrugmart is unable to reach the patient, we will leave a message and send them a written notice of the recall.
